Payment Information

Payment details (credit card numbers, billing address) are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

NFA & Fingerprint Data

NFA eForm data, fingerprint scans, customer photographs, and driver's license information captured through the 10Scan desktop software are stored locally on your machine. The web portal stores license and account information only. Fingerprint and eForm data is never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you use 10Scan, including search queries, pages visited, features used, device information, IP address, and browser type.

Desktop Software Telemetry

The 10Scan desktop software may collect anonymized usage data and diagnostic telemetry, including feature usage patterns, error reports, performance metrics, and system configuration information. This data is used solely to improve the Software and does not include biometric data, customer personal information, eForm content, or EFT file data.

Biometric Data

TenScan LLC does not collect, transmit, receive, or store biometric data (fingerprint scans) on its servers. All biometric data captured through the 10Scan desktop software is stored exclusively on your local machine. You are solely responsible for the lawful collection, storage, handling, and disposal of all biometric data in compliance with all applicable biometric privacy laws, including obtaining any required consent from individuals whose biometric data you capture.
